DuctSox Corporation, headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, is a manufacturer of custom engineered commercial and industrial air dispersion products for open ceiling architecture, critical environments, and underfloor applications.
History
During the 1980’s the company known today as DuctSox began providing air dispersion solutions to the food processing industry. During this time food processing plants were looking for an air dispersion product that would provide more precise and efficient air control than they were achieving from their current metal systems. The solution was fabric.
DuctSox provided a custom engineered air dispersion system that met the exact needs of each space along with additional benefits that come along with using a fabric system. These benefits include lower material and labor costs, help prevent/ reduce condensation, lower maintenance, noise absorption and pleasing aesthetics.
Innovation
DuctSox’s commitment to quality, service, and innovation has led to the expansion of the traditional fabric offerings to include USDA approved fabrics, an adjustable flow device, custom color and patterned fabrics and new products such as fabric drop plenum diffusers, sound attenuators, and the patented SkeleCore internal framework systems.
